Will ensure mandatory presence of a counselor in each centre and recruitment of the same whenever required.
Will conduct telephonic interviews for the recruitment of new counselors at centers and then forward/call the shortlisted candidate for an interview with the National Counselor Trainer.
She shall be responsible for taking random Mocks over the phone to check the quality of the counselor and recommend if required the need of a Refresh Counseling Session by the company.(National Counselor Trainer)
Will forward the daily, weekly and monthly report for no. of inquiries & admissions for respective centers and send the same to Zonal Manager- Support.
Will demonstrate live counseling sessions for 2-4 days with the walk-ins at the ICC centers to generate admissions as and when required.
Will recommend updating of the various forms and procedures pertaining to counseling and Marketing to the National Counselor Trainer.
Will maintain a daily & weekly call schedule for all the respective centers depending on the overall progress and smoothness of the center and get the same approved by the Territory Manager - Support.
Will be responsible for the overall coordination & management of the marketing events to be conducted as per the Marketing Activity Flow Chart Policy and Marketing Reimbursement Policy (with Terms & Conditions).
Will be responsible to plan, implement, support, guide, implement and mange the Marketing activities at the centres as required from time to time. Marketing activities like Pathfinders, Glowsign Boards, Banners, Leaflets, Hoardings, Newspaper Advt. Cable Advt after taking an approval from the Zonal Manager - Support.
Will visit the centres at least once in a month to ensure that proper standards of counseling are followed and marketing related setup of the centre is appropriate. (e.g Sun packs ,posters in front of the centers , Pathfinders, visibility of the centre etc. Counseling related-neatness and Ambience of the centre, Specific teaching aids displayed, centre tour, office ambience etc.)
Shall maintain a Daily query register to note down the daily queries from the Franchise and make sure it is solved at the earliest.
Will maintain a Call register to note down her day to day calls / communication with the Franchise for different reasons.
