The Sales Coordination position is directed to an experienced and well-organized person that strives to provide the necessary support to the Marketing & Sales Team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information organized and on time.
The goal is to facilitate the teams activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the customers.
RESPONSABILITIES & DUTIES
Prepare daily sales MIS reports
Monitor and record the sales data per region, sales persons, corporate sales, and supervisors
Coordinate with customers the status of orders regarding production and dispatch status
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with the production and dispatch department the status of orders
Send daily dispatch details to customers
Support colleagues and overall team on their daily duties and responsibilities
Support the sales team on following up customers for new orders
Prepare monthly sales data and presentation for the monthly review meetings
Assist in any particular as instructed by the HOD
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 P.A.
