The Sales Accounting position helps the Marketing Team on recording all the sales transactions including outstanding balance, down payment and order status. The goal is to record and organize the information in SAP and reconcile accounts to ensure their accuracy.
RESPONSABILITIES & DUTIES
Enter data, maintain records and prepare reports of sales
Prepare daily sales reports to the Supervisor/HOD including dispatch report, outstanding accounts report, discount report, and collection of customer accounts report.
Preparation periodical ledgers as per customer demand.
Currier original invoice to customers.
Prepare monthly sales MIS report specifying sales per month, zones, customers and products.
Constant coordination among the Marketing, Accounting and Excise departments to collect and assess sales data.
Periodical follow-up with customers regarding collections/payments.
Prepare, maintain and provide data for internal audit
