The Marketing & Sales Person should be an ambitious and energetic person that coordinates and facilitates the expansion of markets. He/she will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with the assigned customers/territory, maximizing sales and crafting business development strategies aligned with the companys vision and overall strategy.
He/she will be the link between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and satisfy customer needs.
He/she is expected to be a reliable professional, able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients.
RESPONSABILITIES & DUTIES
Achieve and/or surpass the monthly sales target assigned by the BUSINESS HEAD.
Identify and grow opportunities within customers/territory assigned and collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth attainment.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of products potential and competition behavior.
Remain in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs and get new orders.
Negotiate orders and keep records of sales and data in sync with the sales coordination staff.
Coordinate and oversee the collection of documents after receiving PO including approval from BUSINESS HEAD and CEO, pro forma invoice , others
Ensure the orders received are placed in the production schedule by coordinating with the sales coordination and production staff.
Report periodically to BUSINESS HEAD the status of customers, orders and accounts for
o PET Bottle Grade
o PET Film Grade
o PET Textile Grade
Prepare activities report for the monthly review meeting including past month activities, achievements, next month objectives and other as instructed by the BUSINESS HEAD.
Follow up collection of payments and account status with the finance & accounts department.
For new products development & research, understanding from the quality and R&D department particularities of the product including advantages, properties, structure, applications.
Provide post sales and customer service assistance.
Coordinate and oversee on-time delivery of products with the domestic & international logistics department, assuring all the documents and information is in place.
Set up meetings with potential and/or important customers and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Constant research of new customers, markets for companys footprint expansions.
Strategize the introduction of new products in the given market/territory in charge sync with the overall companys vision and business strategy.
Participate/attend to events such as exhibitions, conferences, networking events part of the marketing strategy if applicable.
Support the Exhibitions Committee before and during exhibitions where the company participates.
Send product and relevant information of the company to the customers when applicable.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
Assist in any particular as instructed by the CEO.
