The Company Secretary is a multidisciplinary professional performing legal and secretarial functions. He/she advises the company on good governance practices and compliance of regulations and guidelines under applicable law
RESPONSABILITIES & DUTIES
Serve as a liaison between the Board of Directors, shareholders, government and regulatory authorities and all other stakeholders
Ensures that Board procedures are both followed and regularly reviewed and provides guidance to Chairman and the Directors on their responsibilities under various laws.
Filing, registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company as an authorized representative
Prepare and maintain statutory registers as required under the Companies Act
Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books and registers
Organize and coordinate board/general meetings preparing minutes of the meeting, documents, etc
Give overall assistance to the company and CFO regarding corporate governance, law advisory, taxation, financial markets clerical services, others
Assist in any particular FEMA/RBI as instructed by the HOD .
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
